TEMPERED SAFETY GLASS
Protective safety glass screens for use in counters and tables on retail and commercial spaces, such as offices, hospitals, customer service points, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, public administration buildings and any other indoors space where a physical barrier is required to minimise the exposure to direct air contamination and prevent the spread of infection.
WHY TEMPERED SAFETY GLASS?
Tempered safety glass is a transparent inorganic hard and very resistant thermally strengthened material with the following advantages:
- Available in thicknesses from 3 to 8 mm. in clear, green, or darkened colours
- Nonporous material, preventing the retention of microorganisms on the surface
- Higher resistance to impact and stronger than normal glass
- Reduced risk of injury in case of break (automotive standards)
- Recyclable material
- Higher resistance to chemical aggression than plastic based materials, allowing cleansing with standard disinfectants and alcohol-based cleaners
